COVID-19 Coronavirus A Message to Our Customers

Architectural Hardware & Supply is continuing to take measures to ensure the health and well-being of our staff and customers. We have returned to our standard business hours of 7am-4pm Monday-Friday and ask that you place your orders in the following manner, when possible:

• Please coordinate with our staff for curbside pickup or tailgate delivery.
For “walk-in” transactions, we ask that you wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer provided when you enter our building, and maintain social distancing of 6 feet. When signing for your order, please use a sanitized pen then place your used pen in the box marked “used pens”, so we can sanitize them for future use.

To assist in controlling the spread of COVID-19, we are taking the following steps:
• Making more hand sanitizer stations readily available throughout our location.
• Increasing cleaning frequency of our facility.
• Requiring remaining employees stay home when sick, or after contact with anyone that tests positive for Covid-19, as well as sending home anyone that shows respiratory symptoms or fever.
• Encouraging frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Maintaining Social Distancing of 6 ft. and the use of personal protection equipment.

We have also…
• Cancelled or postponed all sales meetings, events or gatherings and appointments.

Although this is an unprecedented event, working together we can ensure the health and well-being of our community.
